@Leslie Cunningham it will take a lot of work and/or a decent amount of time to acquire enough rentals to allow you financial freedom to travel.But if you don't start...you'll never get there:)

You'll also need to "front" the initial work, and then you'll get reimbursed under the draw schedule of the loan.

Sometimes when a contractor does not get paid he has no way to pay his subcontractors for the work and they also file leans against the property.
