I would love to hear insights from people who are doing higher marketing volumes and what high level strategies are working (I know you can't reveal all your tricks).The truth of the matter, is that since real estate investing and picking up houses for pennies on the dollar, now requires no money (except to pay the guy selling the program), no experience necessary and is guaranteed to make you rich, with little effort and no risk or problems, with immediate results, that now everybody is doing it.  ;-)

However lack of communications from your GC / builder I agree frustrating and can be a killer to the GC's reputation..

Should be obvious to everyone by now, it's only regurgitated constantly on every major media medium of the "us vs them" messaging, poor vs rich, that if your not rich your poor and it's NEVER your fault it's "there" fault.
