You can use the rule religiously.

Just like language in CCR's that preclude selling to certain ethnic groups or religious groups. those are still on title but are ignored and cant be enforced..really depends if there is an active HOA or these are just CCR's  active HOA you could have a fight.. just CCR's it would take a neighbor actually suing you.. and this is pretty rare since it cost money. 

A lot of wholesalers are going to get a rude awakening if and when they crack down on the process.

My personal survey indicates I shouldn't do business with Redfin or any of their agents since they clearly must support this stance which goes against my religious and social beliefs. 

Right off the bet, the reason I don't want to borrow is that dealing with interest is against my religious beliefs.

I am personally happy to see the Zillow downfall because I am on the receiving end but its good to see pocket listers and companies like this finally get a rude awakening.
