Joe has a tax lien for 90K which is preventing him from getting a traditional loan/financing.The house Joe lives in is paid off, but the seller has a lien on the house from his mother's nursing home.  

I got my license earlier this year and learning under my mother who has been an agent for 4-5 years.

I need to go to my mom's Skilled Nursing Facility in a little bit but I know how stressful dealing with properties at a distance is.

So, I started a rental property company, with in the last month, and my mother would like to put her townhome (her rental property) in my company's name as the "inaugural rental property".

We moved into this house quickly because three years ago we took in my mother who battles MS and our grandson when my daughter walked out and left him.

I actually think the owner may be a mortgage broker by occupation, but that is unrelated to his ownership in the property, as I believe he purchased the home from his mother for $1 15 years ago prior to her death. 

I purchased a single family house in Salt Lake City with a mother-in-law apartment in the basement.

My mother is being my boots on the ground for this one, and she’s pretty confident in selling for 165-180k with this square footage and area.

I'm in the midwest and am helping my sister and mother to manage the sale of my mom's house in western New York State.
