Hello @Angela Jossy  I really want to agree @Troy Fisher This website and the podcasts and the meetups at the RAM restaurant here in Lakewood to talk face to face with folk doing just what you plan to do costs NOTHING.

@John Errico and I run a monthly meet-up for Hudson county investors at a restaurant in the area.

I placed an ad in the local Penny Saver weekly (it's full of ads and is given away at restaurants, grocery stores, etc.).  

Such as motel, C-stores gas stations, and quick service restaurant franchises.

Unrelated to rentals but we use Bay Area Deposal for a restaurant.  

We are about to start our house flip business soon after exiting our current business (restaurant).

Give me $3.5 Million, earning ZERO PERCENT, and I can live very comfortably in Hawaii, eating out at nice restaurants, taking 3-4 international vacations PER YEAR for $100k per year.

Tabor park and other stuff people like such as cool restaurants etc. in about 15 min or less.The house itself is a 2-1 with about 1000 ft, built in 1949. 

A movie theater, shopping, restaurants and town center type area is going in across the street and should be opening at the end of next year.

I've long loved the construction side of my job as an interior designer and I've spent most of my career creating spaces to either make people feel immediately at home (hotels and restaurants) or where they WANT to be home (multifamily & builder models).
