Hi everyone. My name is Cyrus and I have experienced in project management in interior design and home remodeling industry but not in US. Me and my family moved to US about three years ago. Currently living in San Francisco. We are about to start our house flip business soon after exiting our current business (restaurant). I did lots of research and started to read the book of How to flip houses by J Scott. Any advice in this industry would be helpful. What is the best city around SF to start? Any suggestions of contractors? Please share with me your ideas and information. Thank you guys. :)
