The problem I have is when making multiple offers is keeping each of the REO agents linked in my contact to the offer / address.

I use Facebook advertising and I post occasionally some real estate contents on LinkedIn, Twitter and Medium with the most powerful hashtags, we also get few clients from the Law Firm website.

I wouldn't suggest just using LinkedIn but it might be a good step for initial data and then call the employer for a verification or request payment stubs to verify employment.

Jeff is also well-regarded on LinkedIn it seems.However, since a person such as myself wouldn't get getting a first position lien on a particular property, one is trusting the company is going to remain solvent and pay its debts.What would you suggest one could do in a case such as this as far as vetting the company?

.) – Using Listing syndication to make your property as visible as possible- Place a lockbox for realtor access- Professional photography- CSS (Centralized showing service) - 24 hours call service to schedule appointments to ensure all showing requests are responded to- Post your home in different social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest)- Prepare the Lease, collect the deposit and first month's rent- Screening all the applicants (Credit Check, Criminal History and rental history)- Income, employment, and rental verification.

So what I'm looking for:- An app that can also be accessed through my computer (either via an app or online)- Can manage contacts easily and add a lot of info (and why not documents too)- Can create groups- Will synchronize with my address book on my iphone (or any similar app) and other sources (linkedin, facebook, etc)What I don't need is a software for team work or team management, lead management etc..
