Any parking or laundry income?

Their rehab loans were a laundry list of hurdles, so I will finance rehabs out of my HELOC if I go that way.

My earned commission would wash out most commissions offered on the listing side if I had to go that route. 

The lot is in Central Phoenix, on a developed street, so utilities, are nearby the land is uneven, I would say the elevation changes around 7 feet, and currently there is a wash going through the property. 

Most rentals include laundry in there units or coin operated in basement, and as of now I have not done anything in regards to laundry and my current tenants aren't pleased.

As long as everyone who’s bad mouthing their plans is also badmouthing other wholesalers I guess it’s a wash.

New mechanicals, new roofs, tile in all bathrooms/kitchens, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, huge walk-in closets, laundry rooms, open floor plans, new siding, new windows, spray foam insulation.

There is one laundry room with a few machines,  The landscape is pretty basic with gravel and 4 really tall palm trees on the frontage road.
