I feel like in today’s day in age there are so many tools for STR operations and I cannot believe there is no integration for a merchant of sale transaction or some kind of financial app/ software that can take the remitted taxes and pay them to the government automatically.

  $6.25k feels manageable, so I compared the rent vs purchase numbers.  

He does not state what his experience level is, but I have a feeling that this deal would have taken a beginner about 12 months to complete. 

if you are renting is it inexpensive and therefore creating cashflow out of state can bring you closer to a net zero cost of living?
