Looking to enroll in a real estate school soon.

On the one hand, you could ideally purchase as close as possible to that summertime enrollment period you mentioned. 

Maybe with Baylor enrollment continuing to grow the inventory will correct. 

But enrollment is down at the college- I wouldn't count on that as a great opportunity.
