I hired a PM to find a tenant for one of my properties which has become vacant.Their agency has a lot of good online reviews and when I interviewed them, I was impressed with their professionalism.He has just now emailed me saying he has a client wanting to buy my property for 150k.I was a bit baffled because last I checked it was worth around 450k.

For the good rate Agency 30YF stuff, we're still in a knee-jerk phase from NINJA loans of 2004-2007.

Or an agency/PM company (usually their fees are a little higher).

I would assume Texas has an agency that does the same.

@Michael Newman ideally your W-2 job would serve dual purposes, both focused on your passion... 1) build capital and establish credit worthiness with which to pursue your passion, and 2) give you experience in a career you're passionate about.
