I agree with @Ned and @Chris   also don't fall for buying any monthly software subscription.   

@Chris Seveney - that is definitely a clever way of doing it and I read about this in a reddit post.

I work mainly in Delaware county but also Ulster, Chenango, Otsego & some of Sullivan!
