Residential Use Zoned Commercial
I have a question regarding financing. I found a property that is "residential use zoned commercial" and potentially can be used as a professional office. It has 2 units, both with bedrooms and full baths.
1, Would this property qualify for a residential loan or a commercial?
2. If at a future point, we wanted to use a unit as a professional office, would that change the loan terms? Would I need to disclose the possibility to the lender?
