Would i be biting off more than i can chew?

I'd love to know if anyone could give me a few ideas to chew on for if I wanted to buy a property with $20k in Southern California considering If had all the money lined up for any cost that would ever come up.

This business will "chew you up and spit you out" if you don't run your business carefully.

Thank you @Ryan Karel and @Humberto Valle.Yes we are trying to enter each deal with an open mind and even though we had set out trying to find properties below 100K that needed some TLC of $10k-$15K to start off, we've begun to realize that we might need increase our overall budget.The houses that come on the market under $100K need a lot more than just TLC and being out of state first time investors we realized that we might end up biting off more than we can chew.

Good luck to them if they can chew though metal, they deserve whatever they find behind it!

One side was in shambles with rats chewing into the abandoned home and full of hoarded items.

The bill payment fee is $5/bill, and it is chewing into my CF. 

I recommend $50 per cat, $50 - $100 per dog based on the risk they present (digging, chewing, scratching hardwood floors, etc.)

I feel like you are biting off more than you can chew and this whole scenario makes me nervous.
