Omar, what is your favorite online source to use to research economic players/makeup of a market ?

I already know redfin, realtor and myhousedeals (putting aside Trulia and Zillow).Have any other favorites ?

They are definitely a popular subject and favorite on the podcasts.

I wrote down all of the books that were people’s favorites from each podcast, but I believe there is actually a book list on the site.

As I live in Hot Springs my favorites are the RE Investors meetup on the 3rd Sat. of the month and the Landlord meeting on the 3rd Thurs. of the month.

I do feel like I have already analyed hundreds of platforms, i guess this was my top favorites/most curious about list
