Here's the message from RentRedi: "During a routine review, our payment processor came across a transaction that they must do additional verification on.There was a transaction (#20) under cardholder name XXXXXXX  (amount: XXXXXXX).As this cardholder name doesn't match the tenant name (XXXXXXXXXXXX), further information is required about the cardholder:- Lease agreement - Cardholder name:- Billing address:- Cardholder phone number:- How the cardholder is associated with the tenant:Once this information is provided, I will relay this to the payment processor for review." 

Mostly NW addresses.

You can stipulate in the contract specific property addresses or properties introduced to you by that agent for a given time frame. 

If you've done your end of making sure that the ceiling leak has been addressed and you want to go in there and patch it up but your tenant is withholding rent.

However* for Texas applicants specifically its required that the applicants address matches the address of the property they have listed on the application."

Change the address for everything associated with the LLC -utility bills, property taxes, whatever, to your address.2. 

They won't tell you and when it comes time for a turn you have laundry list of small on going issues that could have been addressed much sooner.  

If the home inspection does not address the electrical and plumbing enough you may wish to have an electrician and a plumber come in, for a fee, and have a look at your system.

You could call a couple of agents and tell them that you have a listing (don't mention the address yet) at x price with y requirements for the tenant.
