Last Saturday my husband and I attended a free workshop on financial education.

Personally, I gained a lot when I was brand new by attending a day-long workshop and then a 5-day boot camp that were each reasonably priced.

I have attended renatus workshops, but stumbled across this message board suggesting I get all the information they charge you for, for free here.

A+ workshop" of some sort in Vegas in a few weeks.  

I attended this free workshop for Rich Dad, Poor Dad Education.

I would warn you that Than Merril will try to sell you a 30k course at the end of that workshop, please don't buy it his systems are nothing special.

As I said, I didn't take advantage of BP and the community here before and it took paying $2000 for a three day workshop where I learned that if I really want to succeed as an investor, I needed to give them another $40,000 and buy properties from them in Vegas!

I distinctly remember close to a decade ago standing in his backyard holding a beer and talking about a "when I win the lottery I am going to build a sweet man cave/workshop" and we projected costs.

What are the benefits of attending and receiving a certificate for a pre-purchase home buyers workshop?

Gene's syndication workshop is probably better, but 4 x as much.I would like to hear from someone that has been on the cruise.Years back I did use their lawyer for a Syndication.
