I do wonder just how many people are going to leave California permanently from all this.

The market remains a seller's market, characterized by higher prices and faster home sales.

However, for a possible new owner who wants to launch a STR in the springtime of 2025, we wonder what the future may hold in terms of permitting for a new STR, grandfathering of an purchased home that was already a STR, etc.

Average rental rates, vacancies, competition, growth, appreciation, etc..Ive heard of scrolling through Zillow and collecting information by looking at properties for sale/rent but was wondering if there is a site where all of this information is easily accessible or any ideas for better ways to go about it.Thanks in advance!
