Yesterday, the city informed me that i was in violation of an ordinance to not have cracks in driveways over 1" wide and that it must be repaired immediately.Does anyone have any ideas of how to resolve this issue? 

I would worry when the cracks are wide.

Otherwise you're just leaving yourself wide open to anyone and anything.

Their trash is stored outside and typically hanging wide open, which I suspect attracted said wasps.

@Jackson Pontsler  There are a wide variety of responses as there are a wide variety of wholesalers, so there's no broad-brush answer to that question.For those who are out there to find deals by taking advantage of desperate, or uneducated people, yes, I have a problem with that.

Insurance premiums vary widely by state as laws affecting liability, statue of limitations varies by state, so you can sue someone for something in one state, but not another. 

We are considering a double wide mobile home on several acres that is currently bank owned.

There is a ton of due diligence you will need to develop a park and it could take two years or longer before you start to see cash flow and returns but for the long-term I think they are a good bet.Texas only allows 7 homes per acre state wide and there are further limitations on well and septic vs. municipal utilities.
