I'm an aspiring investor, not an experienced one, but what @Caleb Heimsoth and @Walter Aaron Poling rings true for me.  

They like to be paid in cash as soon as the work is done, and I like having my calls answered on the first ring and jobs scheduled the next day.

The same way you would hire a wedding planner, and sign a contract to know that they will perform, and they know that they will be paid for the work they do for you, it's a win/win.

Went again to try and call later that day and they have now blocked me so it goes right to voice mail (if i dial *67 it will ring like normal).

If the answer to both of those is yes, thank I put my hat in the ring.

A bit more about us: we run an event based videography company specializing in Ice Skating/Dance but are branching out into wedding and commercial work as well; I have been a career bartender for the past 8 years and I am a huge nerd about food/beverage/hospitality.

Automatic locking doors, or a Ring Door Bell for security footage.

Also a beginner here trying to build capital at same time as paying for a wedding! 

I recently saw couple commercial ones there, one is land with wedding business and other is warehouse, do you feel it's easy to find a local manager to manage them as I am out of state ?

I have my accountant working on the underwriting right now and he should be finished by this coming Wed but I still have some questions about setting this up, etc.
