@Aaron Grant  I used to live in Montgomery Village.

So I can appreciate the comment bout more variables in terms of different village requirements but the fact remains 4 months of vacancy during a summer doesn't add up.But the funny thing is that you did exactly what I suggested a good company should have done (figured out you provided poor service and given a refund).  

@Joseph JacksonI hope that "substantially higher pay" means SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER PAY.I am in the process of relocating to Cincinnati (just bought a house in Amberley Village) after 28 years in Southern California (I was a policeman in Long Beach, CA). 

This area is known as Old Goucher, Barclay, and Charles North, and encompasses a bit of the southern end of Charles Village.

My wife and I grew up in Westlake Village, Ca but moved to Madison, Wi for work.

I am considering Montgomery village, Owing mills and Columbia in Maryland for Condo or either Townhouse.

I live in Hot Springs Village and the only group I have found so far is a land lording group.

I live in Glenview IL and our village is about to start accepting Section 8 vouchers. 

I live in the Villages between Orlando and Ocala.
