We are based in Durham and do most of our investment in the triangle.  

I'm in Morrisville, sort of in the middle of the Triangle Raleigh/Durham

I used to use Triangle Abstracting, but I am not sure if they are still around.  

Also the Iron triangle.

The Texas Triangle has a multitude of economic drivers fueling growth and investors have a tremendous amount of options.

But I can also tell you with 100% certainty that if you list something in the Triangle, Union Park Gardens, Cool Springs, (northern part) Little Italy, and of course Trolley and you're priced right.

[6] Possibly add some kind of kitchen food storage larder.[7] Possibly caulk the cracks in the concrete in front of the units.[8] Edge the lawns along all walks and the at the street.[9] Maybe add a block pony wall to the front, back fill it and make level front yards for the units (possibly use rock as a ground cover). [10] Possibly freshen the paint on the triangle parts above the bricks.[11] High crime, might like chain link fences--see how the close in competition is set up.[12] Possibly name the building with signage.Also you have no bedroom shots, or closet shots.

I'm not sure if Triangle Area based investors will feel comfortable sending their "secret sauce" to me but I hope investors from other states can help a newbie out.
