It almost makes more sense to remodel kitchens and baths at the same time, but it sounds like you have already done that. 

Make sure no running toilets, and leaks.

This house was recently remodeled (by yours truly) and had almost nothing worth calling out.

Say you remodeled a rental condo and have all the invoices for the rehab.

Determine how much the remodel will cost to include holding cost and get a good estimate of what the property will sell for and then figure if that leaves you enough profit to make it worth your effort.

Was it remodeled, workshop, ADU, landscaping, fixer, etc...

Remodel bathroom, Yada yada yada.

If your going into it as just a way to make a buck, with no real passion, then every “problem” will be overwhelming, you’ll be “clock watching” waiting to take a vacation, and dealing with “tenants, toilets and banks” will be a tedious chore.  

I remodeled her bathroom, upgraded her kitchen a little and added central air and other things.
