When I see places like that I get tempted to throw up a door to divide the living spaces and make a couple of units out of the one.

I'm sure you won't but I wouldn't throw all your cards only in REI. 

Maybe I will get a bunch of cheap bikes and just throw them away every time they break 😂 Pretty sure I can find ones under $60-80 from discounted stores.

But, many got greedy, lazy, and expecting it to stand in perpetuity where one could throw up a city MLS map on the wall and randomly throw dart's after drink 7 and just buy those, and make $.   

Good enough to throw a ball for a dog. but not much else. 

This deal came across my desk and I did not want to throw it away without having other investors review it.

6 years later, I still question if I am on point on a daily basis, if that dart throw 6 years ago in an empty boardroom landed me on target or otherwise...

I suppose it would not hurt to throw it on the market with the existing lease to see what happens.

Postlets (now Zillow ) throws it on all of the big sites and then cross post to CL that should get you maximum exposure at no out of pocket cost 

Are you going to the properties or just throwing out a number on the phone without ever seeing the properties?
