But in the end, RedtRedi has recently added some more functionality to their software (you still can't use it where the verbiage is different for commercial versus residential) and their customer support is pretty good (you might have to wait up to 5 min. if you're using the online portal for help).

The existence of other documents also would help support - IE OPs partner's name on all the documents.
