Hey @Chai Jonn I like visiting Phoenix to visit family, but there is NO substitute for Denver.There are a number of communities being built in the Denver area.

Just substitute "LLC" with "Family Member".  

This is not a substitute but should be complementary to driving around. 

An ideal attorney is one who worked for (or ran) a substitute trustee practice or branch.

Your seller might look into a substitution of collateral if the buyer has other property(s) he would consider leveraging.The question for the buyer is how much are they saving on the new rate?
