Looking for New Construction in Denver Metro

I lived in Denver on and off for 4 years. But never bought anything in the area as it's out of my budget. But over the period of time I realised that I like the city and like to live there. So, I started looking at new construction in the suburbs. My budget is less than $350k. SFH. 3/2. It will be owner occupied. Starter homes.

Can you please guide me to any builders or new Constructions in the area in that range? In Austin, few builders only sell to owner occupied. That way there is no bidding or less intense bidding. I was wondering if there is anything as such in or around Denver
