I realize this post is 2 years old but someone may have the same question.I use Microsoft One Note for Desktops, it's free and stores your notes in notebooks with tags that are easily searchable for reference later.I have notebooks for Note Investing, Real Estate Investing, Information Technology, and Digital Marketing.Usually, something that I'm studying falls into one of those categories and each notebook has subcategories.

I’m sure many of you have heard of a cost segregation study.

Generally you will have to sign a document and prove up you are not living in the property or intending to use the property when the loan is originated. 

If you have multiple units, you need to prove one economic unit.

I wanted to fill the 'educational' void after studying intensely for months to pass these exams.

If you study the demographics of the metro its super easy to deduce that younger folks are having difficulty affording rent and need a room mate or two.
