It's under contract, by the way.The dead end section of Orchard isn't great, but war zone is a stretch.  

It's a flip near Ann Arbor about 35 min from Detroit.I also have another project that is on the home stretch of completion and it's 1 min from Detroit.My team and I will be evaluating our approach for rehab for the property near Ann Arbor.

Don't stretch as there are always other deals.

Just think, if they were as great as so many people purport, then you'd see them all over (it's not a new idea by any stretch).

From a cycle perspective of history market, house market is either on top or very close and stock market is too stretched and will change.I pull my area MLS data and play around and see those:1.

Let's say you know you could rent a place out quickly for $750 per month, but you're hoping to stretch it to $800 (I am guilty of this!)

The 700k wouldn't be a stretch.

On this forum, when people stretch the truth, exaggerate claims, or present an opinion as fact, they usually get called out on that! 

People that are consumers with little money value ultra savings as the dollar has to be stretched as far as possible to get by.
