My self-pay tenants, I told that even if they'd only had a cut in hours, that they could apply for unemployment, and also food stamps, medicaid, and if there was a disabled person in the home who was receiving home care, or was on the verge of needing to go into a nursing home (God forbid right now), someone might be able to get paid by Medicaid to care for them at home.
