Cross posted this to general, but might get more information here.I have a property 2.5 miles from US Bank stadium, where the 2018 Superbowl will be held.

For the 2nd Quarter Brooklyn had a medium price of $448k, 1% up from 2q07Ratner has had ALOT of trouble with Atlantic Yards, the Net's stadium has been pushed back countless times..

Bronx anywhere near Yankee Stadium like Morrisiana and even further out like Pelham.

I heard that high rises are being built somewhere near the Yankee stadium. 

Rocket's retail division is on the higher end of the scale because they have super bowl commercials and basketball stadiums to fund.

There's are tons of up and coming areas in the city and I truly believe that this will be the next city in the entire country to boom given the formation of the Beltline, Amazon likely moving its 2nd headquarters here, 2 new stadiums professional sports stadiums, planning for street cars/trollies all throughout the city, great schools already here, billions worth of investment in the city and the fact that the actual city of Atlanta (not focusing on the metro) can be expanded even more, amongst other things.The city is going through a mini boom right now for sellers, but it seems to be sellers who bought their homes back in 2010-2015 who are now trying to make a profit on it because they bought it for dirt cheap.

Also, the Atlanta Braves stadium is only 5 miles away.

While working there I got an oppurtunity to build the framing phase of a house with a volunteer group shortly after hurricane Katrina hit and fell in love.From then on I took on an apprencticeship and worked at the New 49er stadium, San Jose Earthquake stadium, New Facebook Campus for Commercial work and I also spent a couple years building custom homes in the range of $5Mill-$25Mill.I currently work for a GC doing Tennant remodels for large tech companies in SF. 

Culver City, and Inglewood are the two dark shades on this map that standout to me - Culver City has more young professionals than ever, and Inglewood is getting the new stadium for the Chargers/Rams.

Use caution as STR are being cracked down on and banned in many areas, Arlington, Texas is one unless in the entertainment district which is roughly a mile circumference around ATT Stadium.
