This book is full of numerous grammatical errors and broken sentence structure.Despite the high rating on Audible (100 out of 102 five-star ratings as of this post), they do not appear to be legitimate reviews and many are easily recognized as plagiarized from reviews posted elsewhere.

Seasoned investors by nature eliminate emotions as part of their analysis's, so your first sentence obviously not referring to seasoned investors.

So I have also digged more into this case and found out with a backround check that my tenant has owed another apartment complex rent and got sentenced by a judge as guilty.
