Also just a word of advice before you make a rescuing either way try to proof the concept through testing.

I agree this thread may be about rescuing the ignorant newbie investor from the unscrupulous turnkey salesman.However, I think that can be accomplished without the constant harangues about how it's impossible for investors to succeed in lower-income neighborhoods.
