Yea it does seem like there is more crime then mn were I was before but the lake reminds me oh so much of the ocean when I was in the service and is so beutiful I really hope I can meet some good people and settle down here

Just got the reminder email 

My plan is to call her and give her “one more chance” to see if she “accidentally” picked it up while reminding her that her lease is up.Her moving will cause her to possibly put her kids in a different school district which would be a big problem I also contacted my attorney and I am waiting to hear back from him as well. 

I remind tenants that haven't paid by the 7th about the late fee and ask why they haven't paid yet :)The 4% and 15 days are all from the Maine Statutes and Pine Tree Legal has them on their site for tenants information.

It reminded me that if there was any money involved there could be a crook there or an owner would just about do anything for money.

The way we fixed the issue was speaking to him thoroughly and with no BS. ( picture a mob movie) I mean I had to bring out the tough girl attitude and at the same time remind him we have a contract.

I'm glad for this reminder....I go through 20-30 properties a week!

I asked what they would consider for this note and reminded them of the approaching demolition date.
