The answer is always no.LLCs are overhyped, especially for people starting out with buy and hold and are not even running a real "business" (yet).

After reaching out to two separate CPA's they advised me they do not answer 1031 questions and the intermediary should confirm the correct deadline date.Can anyone confirm whether the qualified intermediary should provide the confirmation of the date pursuant to the IRS notice or provide a CPA who does phone or zoom consultations and works with 1031's/IRS Notices?

There wasn't anything on there that would make me not buy a house, but as far as money there's no good way to answer because we don't know too many things to make an informed reply.

Basically questions that the PM/co-host need to be able to answer without having to do any deep-dive analysis.Property-specific questions such as property improvement advice, revenue potential, etc. that involve deep-dive analysis might justifiably incur an up-front cost depending on the PM/co-hosts business model.

The REA I was with previously didnt seem to think I was a very important customer...slow responses, non-specific answers to my questions, etc.
