MLS will get you top dollar as a seller NO QUESTIONS or any type of rationalization will change that fact.. the only thing putting big fixers on the MLS does is it gets the seller top exposure TOP dollar.. and the wholesalers Make no money because a wholesaler needs to take a fee and is selling to a fix and flipper who is looking for the best spreads..
