Are you able to deduct passive losses against earned income, or do you have enough passive income to wash against the passive losses in order to deduct all of the interest?

I’m only 19 but I feel like if I can keep up this pace and keep up the motivation and I don’t get discouraged when contracts don’t work or buyers back out and just keep on pushing I’ll be successful in this.

The answer this time was "...he took the trash bag off the return vent", and that the outside unit didn't look big enough.

This could be useful information if you need to push back on this and you might want to consider floating some questions back to the landlord about the depreciated worth of the door and hint that you are not expecting to pay for a whole new door.
