And one thing that really rubs me the wrong way, more than anything else, is that most often I am contacted with precisely the same excuse/pitch/tactic as the last 150 people had used.That in itself I could empathize with, but it's the SHEAR OBLIVIOUSNESS that each investor/realtor seems to have in regards to how unoriginal their approach/pitch is.2.
