Before we send everything to the printer we'd love some honest feedback on the postcard I designed.Any suggestions?  

One method that I used when I first started out (and I still utilize this today) that has garnered me success is sending out blind offers to owners.And I don't mean "fake eviction letters" or "prospecting letters" or postcards saying you buy houses.I mean sending out a letter with an actual offer price to the owners.I send out THOUSANDS of these.You'll get 3 responses:  1) Some will call you every condescending name in the book.

Hi @Josue Llanas have you looked into letter mailers instead of postcards?

Any advertisement where someone sent out a post card that said "Now is the time to sell" could be called into question.

I will also send a postcard to those I have already sent letters to.  

And of course, like DMM if you send out 300K postcards of course luck has it, that you will land something.

My first thoughts were as follows - 1) to do a 10k a month letter/postcard campaign to targeted data sets that I craft personally using buying criteria (geographic location, equity %, price range, etc.) that I supply personally.
