I am taking the plunge from California to Utah, deciding to finish my degree in business administration, and start a career in real estate.

I've been studying REI for about a year now as much as I can and finally took the plunge into rentals this year.

I have not taken the plunge to invest yet, but am in a fairly unique position. 

But at some point if the numbers make sense you just have to take the plunge. 

The time is now and we are taking the plunge.
