One of the reviews said the Delta "chrome" cover plate was plastic, just like many of their faucets these days.

To be blunt most in the small fry real estate world simply aren't sophisticated enough to account for risk in their dealings.

My "current year" folders stay in one of those plastic file tubs, right next to my desk (actually a 6' folding table-works better than a desk for me) so they're always close at hand.When I finally got a computer about 8 years ago it came with "EXCEL', as does every other Windows system, and it's so easy to use it's funny.

What I found out is that the ones at Home Depot & Lowes both have plastic ball valves.

Hello BP,I recently took out some plastic tiles from one of the rooms. 

They are plastic, not wood.

Maybe replace with aluminum or some of the newer plastic trims that don't need paint and won't rot.

A large recycle bin for glass and a large recycle bin for paper/plastic/metal are also included with that price.

I had a basement that would flood, so we dug down a foot around the house 10 ft out where most was coming from, installed some 6mm plastic and back-filled with a nice grade away from the house and haven't had a problem since.  2 guys digging for 6 hours.
