I have a great planning tool that could help you with planning your acquisition strategy for the next 10 years you might find helpful.  

I just acquired one from a PM where they were charging a tenant a resident benefit package and a building protection plan.  

Our plan is to purchase again with a better mindset of turning that into a profitable rental.We have diligently completed all the necessary steps and are on the verge of signing a management agreement with a property manager.However, we are experiencing some doubts.  1.

You need to work with a property manager that has experience with this, unless you plan on doing it yourself.
