I live in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia more specifically Hedgesville, and for now this is my main area of focus for investing.

Homesteads cannot be attached along with a long list of non collectibles and no garnishment makes it almost impossible to collect

But then I look at the attached pictures and I realize that the property is a manufactured (mobile) home.

We just closed on a commercial property a couple of months ago and about a week before closing, my agent sent me one of the forms he said he forgot to attach when we submitted an offer( a month earlier).

Attached is a wholesale deal I found for land in a hot neighborhood so I did an analysis for a new construction of three town homes.
