I'm not sure the work it needs vs a 75k condo that is apartment style where you have neighbors above and on the side of you, it is on a bottom floor.

I'll take them to lunch ASAPI have a military background so I would rather the no BS style of learning.

@Brandon Turner's book on property management is excellent.A great option, IMO, is to find a PM that will do "a la carte" style management.

Banks lend to LLCs all the time, it is just a different style of banking.

This style loan really detoured other buyers, but seemed very simple to me.

I'm not the most diligent reader so that type of info is crucial for my style of learning.
