@Ashley BudyakI am currently in the same situation I recently got back from serving an LDS mission a for two years in the pacific islands and only have 3 months of work under my belt since.

My main mode of RE I'm interested in is in rental properties, and my goal is to BRRRR a single family home within 1-2 years before I serve an LDS mission.

Their mission is to assist small business with government contracts and business programs.

Here's my hypothetical stack:2020 – One Unit 2021 – Two Units (3 Total)2022 – Four Units (7 Total)2023 – Eight Units (15 Total)2024 – Sixteen Units (31 Total)2025 – Thirty-Two Units (63 Total)2026 – Sixty-Four Units (127 Total) *Mission Accomplished*The first four years seem reasonable.

So I guess it’s kinda like “house hacking”Now my next mission is two add more lots!!
