Looking from a mentor in SF Bay Area - someone with more experience that I can learn from and hopefully share some experience as well .

Yet, for those out there itching to dive into real estate without connections, without a mentor, feeling a bit lost navigating the maze of learning curves, we're here to offer support.

Mentoring and Coaching should be a complimentary business not a primary one when they either have failed miserably or never even were an investor. 

You don't need a mentor.

They were basically mentors in addition to buyer's agents.

The ordinance may require a permit to be obtained for the creation of a junior accessory dwelling unit, and shall do all of the following:(1) Limit the number of junior accessory dwelling units to one per residential lot zoned for single-family residences with a single-family residence built, or proposed to be built, on the lot.(2) Require owner-occupancy in the single-family residence in which the junior accessory dwelling unit will be permitted.
