Set up a website for your property (you can do that on Postlets) Advertise here on BP Marketplace, and on Postlets (free and they submit to many sites) Don't worry about the email blast, because they do just go to spam (though, dropping off flyers to offices is good).

There was a water line in the garage with a faucet, and i had no idea where the shut off was, It broke while i was at the home show in philly as i was promoting products that detect this kind of problem(ironic i know)..I got the alert on my phone..contacted my wife..she headed back to the house and sure enough..it was spewing out in the garage.

I've been seeing a big inflow of properties in the marketplace and looking at the price history, it looks like most of the state has had a steady decline since 2006.Are there cities in Ohio, like Toledo, which will be forgotten by job creators and renters, like Detroit?

I am currently taking advantage of the marketplace tool here on the BP website for finding foreclosures and I've come across some multi family properties in my particular area, Akron/Canton region in Ohio, that show tax lien beside them.
