What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The people that I see that have made their investors and GPs themselves real long term wealth, never anticipated a huge short term return.  

We still made money (120k and 140k).

I've asked those companies what made them choose us and they said our website and our prompt replies to their initial inquiry.

I was made aware this weekend by one of the investors on our Facebook group that Marco Santarelli on June 18th, 2024, held a "web seminar" again soliciting investors.

I met him there to pay him out and in the course of talking he said "man are you lucky to have all these rentals".

In my experience all liens and rights for ownership and tenancy do not run with the title once the sale and transfer of deed to you is made. 

From there, it was suggested to ask what they would rent the property for so you already know upfront before an offer is made on the property.
