I can put plant beds in near the fence edges using free materials, ie, the contractor has about 20 yards of 57 grade white stones that I could use in all flower beds, and a moonlighting landscaper can install very robust and inexpensive plants for greenery in those beds.

This could include some ant bait stations, sink drain snake, 3M command strips, etc.I recommend keeping it cheap and generic (no bottles of wine and flowers).

It was well maintained, lots of nice lawn and flowers, and they considered it to be just as good as having a pretty park across the street, minus all the drunks who hang out in parks.I also know an awful lot of folks who like to stop in cemetaries as they travel and read the headstones.I don't think there is much stigma attached to a cemetary, as long as it is reasonably well maintained and not a weed patch or a hang out for the local meth dealers.

Thanks for the flowers, Mike, have enjoyed many of your posts as well, and unfortunately, it does appear that no matriarchal societies have indeed survived, although there is a theory about one in Greece that lasted for 1500 years, but alas, gone without a clue as to why.

Horse shoe pits, a curved flower garden path leading to a gazebo or secluded seating area, patio. stay away from any fire or water elements for liability reasons, just make it fun and enjoyable for the tenants.
