After all due diligence was done and it was structurally inspected, we had the foundation beams totally replaced, the concrete blocks repaired and perimeter mudjacked.

I looked over the inspection report and set upAn appointment with a foundation specialist who crawled into the pier and beam foundation and told me the foundation was fine and he’d recommend spray foam insulation and a heater to prevent any more heaving of the ground during the winter which should be about $8,000.

Or worse, maybe they use a reciprocating saw incorrectly on the wrong beam and it splinters and tears a hole into one of the people inside.
